You will prepare calculations, specifications, and component designs while mentoring entry-level engineers, all under minimal supervision. Your work will include vibration analysis and evaluations for hydrodynamic loads in piping.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct vibration monitoring and analysis for operational systems • Prepare complex calculations and documented design input • Evaluate pipe wall thinning and rupture risks • Communicate effectively with project teams and vendors • Monitor project schedules and budgets for compliance
Requirements: • BS or MS in Mechanical or Structural Engineering • 3+ years of relevant experience in piping design • Knowledge of ASME B31.1 and B&PV; Section III codes • Robust written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with 3D CAD modeling preferred
