Senior Accountant Location Ontario
Responsibilities and Duties Preparation of financial statements and tax returns in accordance with Partnership
standards for clients in a variety of businesses and not-for-profit enterprises;
Leading teams on a variety of assurance engagements;
Auditing financial statements of business clients;
Effective communication with our clients, government agencies and with our partners
and team;
Keeping partners, managers and other team members informed, on an ongoing basis, of
progress and significant issues;
Participate in other leadership activities both internally and externally (i.e. Performance
Review Process, recruitment, advocating positive team morale, etc.).




Other duties as assigned
Education and Professional Skills/Knowledge CPA designation or in pursuit of designation will be an asset
Degree in Accounting
3+ years of relevant work experience in public accounting
Experience working with accounting and tax software such as CaseWare, Quickbooks,
Sage/Simply Accounting, TaxPrep, Excel
Robust financial accounting skills
Solid interpersonal, relationship building skills and professionalism
Solid commitment to continuous learning
Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task competing priorities
