Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain the 18-month rolling sales forecast in IBP
• Utilize statistical modeling for baseline demand forecasts
• Collaborate with sales for lift forecasts driven by activity




• Analyze risk factors in forecasting decisions
• Monitor KPIs for forecast accuracy and improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• University degree or skilled designation required
• 3+ years in demand planning, exposure to IBP
• Solid Excel modeling and analytical skills
• Understanding of supply chain processes
• Proven track record in stakeholder collaboration
