Design and continuously improve the Faculty Academic Coaching Program

Establish a transparent, learner-centred coaching philosophy
Develop processes to support coaching sessions effectively Requirements:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree required
Formal coach training or certification
Experience in medical education and coaching
Knowledge of competency-based medical education practices
