Drive financial integrity at Microserve as a Controller in a hybrid role based in Burnaby, BC. Lead financial reporting, cash flow management, and internal controls to support informed decision-making.

Microserve is seeking a Controller to be part of our Finance team. You will report to the Vice President of Finance and oversee key tasks such as financial reporting, treasury management, and ERP optimization. This role requires a robust background in accounting and compliance with Canadian statutory requirements while fostering team leadership and development.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes • Manage day-to-day accounting operations,



including AP/AR and payroll • Develop and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts • Establish and improve internal control workplace • Lead ERP implementation and optimization initiatives

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • CPA designation required • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience • Proficiency in ASPE & Canadian statutory reporting • Solid analytical and organizational skills
