Become the Maintenance Manager for our frac sand operations in Peace River, Alberta, ensuring the reliability and quality of production processes. As part of our team, you will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for leading the maintenance function aimed at improving process uptime and efficiencies.

Your focus on root cause analysis and preventive maintenance will drive critical performance improvements. Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership for the maintenance team and foster development
Reduce unplanned downtime through targeted strategies
Develop and implement predictive maintenance programs

Requirements:
