• Establish governance frameworks to support operational excellence
• Develop actionable plans aligned with Quality and business goals
• Lead root-cause analyses to address operational bottlenecks

Requirements:
• Advanced degree in relevant fields required
• 8+ years of experience in Operational Excellence
• Proven experience in Lean/OE and digital integration
• Robust leadership in matrixed team settings
• English fluency required, German preferred
