Responsibilities
Operate laundry machines and equipment safely and efficiently to process linens, towels, uniforms, and other fabric items.
Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and washing requirements to ensure proper handling.
Inspect items for stains, tears, or damage; notify supervisors of any issues requiring special attention.
Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area by organizing supplies and ensuring equipment is sanitized regularly.
Follow established procedures for washing, drying, folding, and storing laundry items in designated areas.
Keep accurate records of laundry cycles,



loads processed, and maintenance needs for equipment.
Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies to ensure availability at all times.

Requirements
Previous experience in hotel or hospitality laundry services is preferred.
Knowledge of laundry processes, including operating commercial washing machines and dryers.
Solid attention to detail with a focus on quality and cleanliness standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety protocols.
Basic cleaning skills to uphold hygiene standards in the laundry area.
Positive physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads when necessary.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
