We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Maintenance/ Construction Labourers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a experience with outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall upkeep and enhancement of gardens, lawns, and other outdoor spaces. The Landscape Labourer will work closely with our landscaping team to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Grading, sodding and maintaining recent landscapes.
Dig, plant, recent plants, trees, and shrubs.
Rock work and construction of beds.
Perform regular landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, weeding, and mulching.
Ensure proper care of yards for clients.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Follow safety protocols.
Qualifications
Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is required.
Driving and pulling trailers with clean driving record required.
Willingness to learn recent skills related to landscape maintenance and gardening techniques.
A positive attitude and ability to work well with others with limited supervision.
