Reporting to the Senior Manager, Labour and Employee Relations, this full time position requires candidates with a background in Labour Relations or Industrial Relations. Key skills include expertise in cost analysis, knowledge of labour law, and robust analytical capabilities. You will support negotiation processes and help implement collective agreements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



• Create collective bargaining preparation processes for alignment • Develop data capture and reporting for grievances • Collaborate with Finance on cost analysis for agreements • Interpret market data for benchmarking purposes • Support grievance resolutions alongside HR teams

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in Labour Relations required • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with modern HCM systems like Workday • Knowledge of collective bargaining is essential • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe products
