In this role, you will contribute to project estimations for mechanical sheet metal work, reporting to the Division Manager. Your responsibilities will include completing take-offs from construction drawings, establishing costs, and ensuring that proposals align with industry standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute detailed take-offs from construction plans
• Assess and establish costs for mechanical projects
• Keep up-to-date supplier lists and relationships
• Evaluate proposals to determine the scope of work
• Guarantee the accuracy of all project estimates
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Estimation or HVAC Systems
• Skilled Trade Certificate is essential
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in estimating
• Proficient in blue print reading techniques
• Adept in MS Office and relevant software tools
