As a contract Supervisor for Seniors’ Supports, you will utilize your expertise in mental health, geriatrics, and concurrent disorders. This position requires overseeing clinical supervision for Social Work teams, maintaining compliance with documentation standards, and supporting staff development through orientation and training. Your impact will be felt in program planning, evaluation, and representing the organization in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to staff
• Support recruitment, training, and retention of personnel




• Develop program materials to meet compliance standards

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work or relevant field
• Registered Social Worker in valuable standing
• 5+ years of experience in mental health and geriatrics
