Join the Greater Victoria School District as a Temporary Speech Pathologist to support K-12 students in developing critical communication skills. This role runs from September 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.

This .90 FTE role encompasses assessing and intervening in speech and language issues among school-aged children. Collaborate with educators and support families through consultations and training sessions. Tasks include improving students’ communication abilities to foster their academic and social growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments of student communication needs
• Deliver direct speech therapy interventions
• Work with teachers to implement effective strategies
• Provide training sessions and information sharing
• Engage with families for holistic support

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Member of the College of Health and Care Specialists of BC
• Preferred certification from CASLPA
• Experience in K-12 educational settings
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
