As a member of the Human Resources team in downtown Calgary, you'll focus on maintaining HR systems and improving processes. Your role will include the implementation of automated solutions and partnership with IT for HR systems integration. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is critical for successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define business system requirements in collaboration with HR
• Investigate and implement automation solutions
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR application data
• Manage system releases and conduct thorough testing
• Develop and conduct training for users
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in HR Management or similar
• Minimum three years implementing SAP SuccessFactors
• Robust data analytics and model-building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
