Join an international manufacturer as a Field Service Engineer for injection molding machines in the Greater Toronto Area. Maintain and support equipment while providing exceptional customer service.

This direct-hire position seeks candidates with hands-on experience in injection molding machines and a passion for travel. You will perform installations, repairs, and in-house maintenance while ensuring customer personnel are trained on proper equipment use. Your role will also involve providing phone support and collaborating with the engineering department.

Key Responsibilities:
• Travel to customer locations for equipment installations and repairs
• Assist with in-house maintenance and modifications
• Train customer personnel on equipment function and upkeep




• Provide in-office phone support when not in office
• Communicate engineering insights to help address customer inquiries

Requirements:
• Higher degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience with injection molding machines
• Valid passport and clean driver’s license required
• Must own a vehicle for travel
• Solid understanding of preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
