• Coordinate Board meetings and resident communications
• Follow up on Board directives and operational issues
• Conduct site inspections to uphold property standards
• Review and manage annual budgets for assigned portfolios
Requirements:
• Required CMRAO General License
• 5 years of relevant property management experience
• Leadership experience is a robust asset
• Proficiency in condo operations, budgets, and compliance
• Valid Ontario G driver’s license needed
