As a Technical Analyst II reporting to the Team Lead of Insurance IT Operations, you will engage in hands-on support and team-oriented efforts within a agile team atmosphere. The position demands at least three years of experience in Application Systems Analysis and Desktop computing, allowing you to lead troubleshooting, implement automation, and oversee system management with integrity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor system performance and analyze issues for resolution
• Design and maintain automation scripts for complex processes




• Support the installation, maintenance, and support of data center hardware
• Actively participate in daily team standup meetings

Requirements:
• Related degree or diploma is an asset
