Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure excellence in cloud service delivery and governance
• Manage incidents, changes, and service agreements
• Plan infrastructure strategies and roadmaps
• Support infrastructure project execution
• Foster solid relationships with partners and suppliers
Requirements:
• Computer Science degree or equivalent
• 7+ years in Cloud and Data Center Services
• 3+ years of leadership in service operations
• Knowledge of multiple infrastructure technologies
• Experience in financial and risk management
