Job Description

Role and Responsibilities





- Comprehensive product and product application knowledge in target market segment
- Able to prospect new customers and increase sale with existing accounts
- Process customer orders to completion including pricing, substitutions (if required) and sourcing additional information
- Maintain existing accounts and build/strengthen customer relationships by evaluating customer’s needs and being the value added solution provider
- Identify customer requirements and provide profitable solutions and close the sale
- Actively engage with customers at EMCO events, trade shows and other industry activities
- Monitor customer satisfaction and provide prompt, professional conflict resolution
- Work closely with the inside sales team

Qualifications

Additional Information

Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 + Uncapped Commission

- College Diploma or equivalent
- High level of detail orientation and organization: able to prioritize deadlines
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work well in a supportive team based environment
- Strong work ethic and high regard to customer service
