Job Overview

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the Sales Representative will handle the direct sale of new homes and provide sales expertise to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the home buying process.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Act as primary point of contact for customers and consult with prospective customers to assess their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Maintain relationships with customers throughout the home buying process and accurately relay expectations and pricing.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting sales to existing customers and soliciting potential customers.
- Find new and creative ways to market homes and drive traffic while maintaining Qualico reputation.
- Stay up-to-date with specifications, ongoing promotions, and market trends.
- Communicate with the project management team to ensure customer requirements are met.

Essential Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Criminal record check clearance.
- Comfortable using Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint), CRM and accounting software (HubSpot, NewStar or similar).

Preferred Requirements

- Prior experience in residential home sales.

Work Conditions

Primarily work in a showroom or sales centre with regular travel to off‑site meetings and construction sites.
