Position Overview
We are looking for a Sanitation Lead to join our Operations team in Brampton. Reporting to the Cultivation Manager, you will lead sanitation activities across the facility, ensuring shared operational spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, quality, and compliance within a highly regulated production workplace.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily sanitation activities across shared facility areas,
ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance.
- Coordinate sanitation schedules and ensure work is completed in line with SOPs, GMP requirements and company standards.
- Lead, coach and develop the Sanitation team to promote a positive working environment.
- Complete inspections, maintain accurate records and ensure areas are audit‑ready.
- Manage sanitation supplies, equipment and PPE to support safe operations.
- Collaborate with Cultivation, Operations, Production, Warehouse, Quality Assurance and Facilities teams to support daily site operations.
About You
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience leading or supporting a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a regulated production environment, such as pharmaceutical, hospital, food, manufacturing or cannabis.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and workplace safety requirements.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to complete sanitation documentation and reports.
- Experience working in a GMP/GPP regulated environment would be an advantage, but is not essential.
