Key Responsibilities:



• Provide guidance on employee relations and HR policies • Lead workplace investigations and conflict resolution • Advise on collective agreements and employment legislation • Coach on performance management and attendance issues • Oversee return-to-work and accommodation processes

Requirements: • 5+ years HR experience in advisory or business partner roles • Familiarity with unionized and non-unionized settings • Solid knowledge of employment legislation and policy • Proven relationship-building skills at all levels • Experience with First Nations, Inuit, or Métis communities
