Key Responsibilities: • Lead projects through all design and construction phases • Oversee budgets, schedules,



and project deliverables • Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams effectively • Prepare and review design packages and documentation • Maintain robust client relationships and lead meetings

Requirements: • Registered Architect (AIBC preferred) or eligible for transfer • 5+ years of full-cycle architectural experience • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit • Strong knowledge of Canadian building codes • Excellent communication and organizational skills
