The Senior Lead DevOps Engineer is responsible for driving the design, implementation, and optimization of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. This role leads a team of engineers to enable faster, reliable, and secure software delivery while fostering a culture of automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across development and operations teams. Define and lead the DevOps strategy, roadmap, and best practices across the organization Mentor and manage a team of DevOps engineers, promoting technical excellence and innovation Collaborate with engineering, QA, security, and product teams to streamline delivery processes Champion a DevOps culture emphasizing automation, scalability, and reliability Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment Automate build, test, and deployment processes to improve speed and consistency Integrate security practices into pipelines (DevSecOps) Standardize deployment strategies (blue-green, canary releases, rolling deployments) Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure.

and monitoring of microservices Monitoring, Reliability & Performance Drive Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets Continuously improve system performance and reliability Implement secure DevOps practices, including secrets management and access control Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards 10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering Solid hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, AWS CDK, etc.) Expertise in at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure) Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, Bash, or similar) Deep understanding of Linux/Unix systems and networking Experience leading DevOps transformation in large enterprises AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Azure DevOps Engineer Expert Strategic thinking with hands‑on technical depth Effective communication across technical and non‑technical stakeholders Continuous improvement and automation mindset Faster and more reliable deployment cycles Improved system scalability and performance
