We are looking for an experienced Recovery Superintendent to manage the recovery operations team of 15 employees.

Your leadership will ensure productive performance in safety, environmental compliance, and production. Collaborating with engineering and maintenance, you will develop maintenance strategies, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recovery area operations including recovery boiler and systems
Lead a team focused on safety and reliability performance




Develop maintenance and shutdown strategies with engineering
Implement training and development programs for staff
Ensure production meets operational and cost objectives Requirements:
Experience in kraft pulp mill recovery operations
Background in supervising unionized pulp and paper workforces
1st or 2nd Class Power Engineer Certificate or relevant degree
Strong knowledge of recovery processes and systems
