Join the City of Vaughan's Communications, Marketing, and Engagement Department as a full time Coordinator for Marketing, Creative and Production Services. Deliver innovative graphic design and event support supporting Vaughan’s vision.

This temporary, non-union role involves managing digital and print materials while ensuring conformity with corporate standards. You will coordinate design elements for various channels, direct service providers, and provide in office support for events. Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate print and digital materials for marketing efforts • Direct external vendors to maintain branding quality • Support event execution with marketing services • Manage Digital Media Asset Library for photo inventory • Participate in emergency response public communication

Requirements: • Completion of a two-year Graphic Design diploma • Minimum one year in related graphic design experience • Solid creative and problem-solving abilities • Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe software • Available to work outside normal hours as needed
