Join the CHEO team in Ottawa as a full time Locum Pediatric Oncologist specializing in solid tumors, starting January 2027. Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care for children with cancer disorders. This role at CHEO and the University of Ottawa is crafted for an ideal candidate, certified in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology.

You will cover both inpatient and outpatient services, focusing on extra-cranial solid tumors while also providing daytime coverage on weekends. As part of our esteemed Department of Pediatrics, you will be involved in high-impact research and education initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Provide inpatient and outpatient clinical services
Care for patients with extra-cranial solid tumors




Engage in residency training and medical education
Contribute to regional and national oncology initiatives
Support pediatric cancer genetics and fertility preservation Requirements:
MD and eligibility for Ontario licensing
Royal College certification in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology
Experience with solid tumor oncology highly preferred
French language skills considered an asset
