Your responsibilities encompass managing commodity, financial, and counterparty risks while collaborating with executive leadership to shape the company’s hedging strategies. You will also play a key role on the Risk Management Committee, providing insights that drive financial performance and risk culture. Key Responsibilities:
Own daily hedging activities for corn, ethanol, and natural gas
Develop and implement risk policies and procedures




Manage and monitor derivative transactions and hedge programs
Lead scenario analyses and stress testing frameworks
Prepare risk reports for senior stakeholders

Requirements:
5+ years in commodity market risk management
Proven expertise in agricultural and energy commodities
