You will monitor compliance with various agreements, develop quality benchmarks, and coordinate outreach efforts for effective collaboration across CSS sites. Your leadership will directly impact the quality of services provided to newcomers across Canada. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with government contribution agreements
Develop quality benchmarks and national program standards




Implement outreach and communication plans for partnerships
Analyze trends and recommend program innovations
Design training programs for staff across Canada Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Social Services or related field
Minimum 5 years in outreach activities and strategies
Experience with newcomers and settlement case management
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
