We are seeking a visionary leader for a dual-role position in Canada. You will drive strategic growth and market expansion across all business lines while leading the Marine Business Line with full P&L; accountability.

This is a key leadership role focused on accelerating growth, operational excellence, and aligning local execution with global objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and direction for Marine and related business lines in Canada.

Develop and execute growth strategies through partnerships, acquisitions, and organic expansion.

Drive full P&L; performance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial results.

Build a robust sales pipeline and lead commercial strategy for long-term client agreements.

Champion Health, Safety, Quality, Security & Setting (HSQSE) excellence.

Represent the company with clients, government, and industry stakeholders.





Lead operational excellence, project delivery, talent development, and succession planning.

Requirements

Authorized to work in Canada without restrictions.

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Engineering, or Geosciences (MBA preferred).

Minimum

10 years senior leadership experience with full P&L; responsibility (energy/marine sector preferred).

Minimum

5 years working in Canada with deep knowledge of local regulations, tax, and labor law.

Robust strategic, commercial, and people leadership skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
