This 13-month contract starts on November 9, 2026, and includes a transition period with the current Executive Director. You will guide a dedicated team focused on impact, ensuring operational excellence, and proactive financial management. Your experience will be key in supporting youth facing barriers to create impactful outdoor experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead execution of the multi-year strategic and growth plans • Supervise program development and evaluation for community needs • Oversee fundraising efforts to enhance financial sustainability • Act as primary liaison with the Board, ensuring effective governance • Manage human resources and team development initiatives
Requirements: • Min. 5 years of leadership experience, non-profit preferred • At least 5 years in fundraising, including major gifts • Proven capability in marketing and communications • Solid team management and administrative leadership skills • Valid Ontario G driver's licence required
