Drive transformation in legal AI as a Senior Implementation Consultant at Clio. Focus on ensuring seamless product adoption for law firms in a supportive workplace.

In this key position within Clio's Customer Success team, based in Burnaby, Toronto, or Calgary, you will leverage your implementation expertise to guide legal specialists through current product integration. You will develop project plans, identify and mitigate risks, and advocate for customer feedback to continually enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead coordination with Clio partners and teams
• Create detailed project plans with success criteria
• Proactively manage risks and adjust implementation strategies




• Facilitate transparent communications with stakeholders
• Strengthen customer relationships throughout the implementation

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant practical experience
• 2+ years in complex project management
• Strong experience with client onboarding and legal tech
• Proven change management skills
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
