In this pivotal position, you will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring that maintenance activities align with both safety and production goals. Your main responsibilities will include developing maintenance job plans, managing work orders, and coordinating resources effectively. Engage with various teams to support both preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed maintenance job plans for equipment tasks
• Ensure accuracy in work requests and work orders
• Prioritize work based on safety and production impact




• Collaborate on maintenance schedules with operations staff
• Participate in reliability and root cause analysis efforts

Requirements:
• 3–7 years of maintenance experience in industrial settings
• Experience with maintenance planning of rotating equipment
• Proficiency with maintenance management systems
• Robust organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work within a unionized setting
