Our client is looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to provide essential stabilization support for an ongoing deployment slated for July. This role focuses on troubleshooting, process optimization, and ensuring operational readiness.
Bringing over five years of solid experience in SAP SuccessFactors, you will actively support modules like Employee Central and Learning Management Systems while engaging both technical and business teams. Your role will include knowledge transfer, configuration reviews, and leading continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer daily support post-go-live for SuccessFactors
• Address issues within Employee Central, LMS, and Onboarding
• Collaborate to facilitate project stabilization
• Provide users with guidance on system functionality
• Identify areas for process improvement
Requirements:
• 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors settings
• Functional knowledge of key modules—EC, LMS, Onboarding
• Proven communication and problem-solving skills
• Public sector experience preferred
