Shape creative construction projects as a Junior Architect. Work collaboratively with project teams using Revit and AutoCAD for successful project execution from start to finish. We seek a Junior Architect or experienced Architectural Technologist with 10+ years in architectural technology to support design and construction projects.
You will be instrumental in developing architectural drawings, permit packages, and construction documents. Your expertise in construction detailing and consultant coordination will be essential as you collaborate with clients and construction teams. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit
Develop detailed plans, elevations, and specifications
Coordinate with structural and mechanical consultants
Assist in conceptual design and technical problem-solving
Conduct site reviews and reviews for RFIs Requirements:
Diploma in Architectural Technology or Degree in Architecture
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
Robust knowledge of building codes and construction methods
Experience with modular, commercial, or residential projects
