Qualifications
310 T or 310 S
Valid Driver's License
Experience in the operation, repair and maintenance of both gasoline and diesel type engines such as (but not limited to)
Ability to diagnose mechanical problems and successfully repair equipment
Ability to MIG and Stick Weld
Competent in making purchasing decisions in a timely fashion
Ability to communicate both verbally and electronically
Ability to maintain, organize, and manage equipment maintenance
Summer – Days – Shop & Field Truck, Equipment Maintenance, Service and Repair
Winter – Days/Nights – Shop & Field Truck, Equipment Maintenance, Service and Repair
Comfortable working outside
Repair, maintain small and large equipment
Perform site service calls in dedicated service vans
Assist with maintaining an organized shop
Work effectively & cooperatively with fellow employees
Perform routine maintenance
Calibrate components and instruments according to manufacturers’ specifications
Complete all maintenance and repair activities in a safe and healthy manner according to Company policies and procedures

Full‑time Mechanic needed to join our shop team, responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing and fabricating a wide variety of plated vehicles and heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong vendor relationships and excellent customer service skills.
