In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges by utilizing digital product usage data. Your expertise in web and app analytics will drive user experience design and customer journey optimization. You will create dashboards reaching the C-suite, aiding critical growth initiatives across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner across the Senior Product organization on strategic priorities
• Conduct A/B testing to measure product feature impacts
• Develop automated reporting dashboards for self-service analytics
• Build KPI trees and measurement frameworks for product performance
• Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders with clarity
Requirements:
• BS in a relevant quantitative field
• Expert in Google Analytics 4 and advanced SQL
• Proficient in Python for analysis and automation
• 5+ years of complex data analysis experience
• Proven ability to drive projects from problems to recommendations
