Maple Ridge, an Associa® Company, seeks a Condominium Manager with a track record in financial planning and management. This role requires a minimum of three years of experience and showcases your management skills in daily operations, resident relations, and administrative duties. Your expertise will ensure that projects and emergencies are handled in a timely fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily property operations and oversee maintenance
• Handle financial aspects including budgeting and expenses
• Develop meeting agendas and record minutes accurately
• Supervise contractors and manage projects
• Maintain relations with residents and Board of Directors
Requirements:
• At least three years in condominium management
• In-depth knowledge of the Condominium Act
• Robust organizational skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must possess a Condominium Management General License
