Key Responsibilities:
• Provide user support for Building & Assessment electronic permits • Identify and analyze workflow challenges • Document business requirements for applications and services • Support testing and implementation of system enhancements • Develop resources to ensure effective system usage
Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience required • Municipal experience is an added advantage • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Project • Robust analytical and verbal skills • Excellent multitasking and customer service orientation
