In this pivotal role, you will support the execution and improvement of health and safety programs across multiple construction sites. With over seven years of HSE experience and a solid construction background, you'll coach teams, manage systems, and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Your hands-on leadership will be key to driving continuous improvement in safety performance.

Key Responsibilities:



• Maintain and improve the Safety Management System for consistency • Provide guidance and oversight to Project Teams on safety practices • Lead investigations into incidents and recommend corrective actions • Develop and monitor training and competency programs • Analyze safety metrics and drive proactive improvements

Requirements: • 7+ years HSE experience in high-risk construction settings • Occupational Health & Safety certification plus recognized training • Completion of CSO or NCSO with active construction application • Preferred qualified safety designation (CRSP, CSP, CHSC) • Solid knowledge of Canadian OHS legislation
