In this pivotal leadership role, you will manage a multidisciplinary team of Senior Project Coordinators and Supervisors across the Decoustics and Strongsville Wood divisions. Your responsibilities will include project scheduling, resource management, and ensuring high standards in shop drawing creation using AutoCAD. Robust collaboration with clients will also be vital in addressing design queries and improving processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and lead a team of 8–9 project coordinators • Schedule projects and manage team workload effectively • Create and validate detailed shop drawings in AutoCAD • Collaborate with clients on design and technical issues • Manage external freelancers' invoicing and billing
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in architectural design or engineering • 15+ years in commercial construction experience • Leadership experience in managing design teams • Proficient in AutoCAD and knowledge of SolidWorks • Excellent communication and organizational skills
