You will play a vital role in maintaining guest satisfaction by inspecting rooms and identifying any maintenance or cleanliness concerns. Your leadership and communication skills will help guide the housekeeping team and ensure daily operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms
Coach Room Attendants during their shifts
Report maintenance and safety concerns quickly
Update room statuses accurately in Opera
Assist with daily housekeeping functions as needed

Requirements:
Leadership experience preferred in housekeeping
Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Solid teamwork and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency required
Must be able to lift 30 lbs and work on feet for long periods
