This full-time position emphasizes mentoring, technical oversight, and the enhancement of geospatial services across multidisciplinary projects. Join a team that values quality, innovation, and robust client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee technical integrity of GIS and geomatics deliverables
Conduct senior reviews on complex project outputs
Establish rigorous QA/QC processes across the practice
Maintain and improve geospatial data standards and workflows
Support recruitment and training of current team members

Requirements:
Diploma or degree in a geospatial discipline
At least 10 years' industry experience
Minimum 5 years in a team leadership position
Expertise in Esri-based tools and geospatial analysis
Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
