Join First Onsite as a Commercial Operations Supervisor, where you will thrive in coordinating teams and scheduling across Central Canada projects. This 12-month contract role focuses on collaboration and effective prioritization.

This position demands a qualified with experience in operations and construction management, ideally with a background in project coordination. You will support Commercial Superintendents in office, ensuring that all aspects of project execution are aligned. Your ability to manage schedules and resources in challenging environments will be key to ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate schedules across multiple active projects
• Support Commercial Superintendents in field execution
• Communicate effectively with teams to track progress




• Troubleshoot issues to keep projects on track
• Organize resources and work plans for efficiency

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in operations or project coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tools
• Robust communication skills for team collaboration
• Understanding of construction processes and documentation
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
