In this full time position, you'll report to the Director and lead a team in enhancing social assistance delivery. Your responsibilities include evaluating compliance, implementing strategic improvements, and managing program budgets. Key Responsibilities:



• Plan and direct programs for financial and case management • Assess and enhance service compliance with legislation • Recommend integrated service prospects • Help prepare and monitor branch budgets • Lead staff management, training, and coaching efforts

Requirements: • Completed University degree in Social Work or related field • 5+ years of progressive social services experience • Proven supervisory and change management expertise • Detailed knowledge of relevant legislation • Valid Ontario Class “G” driver’s license
