Join Intouch Insight as the Lead for IT, DevOps, and Security. This hybrid role focuses on executing and expanding the SOC 2 program while leading hands-on implementation and a small team. This pivotal role demands a technical leader to oversee the execution of the SOC 2 Type 2 program, extending it to include Confidentiality and Availability Trust Services Criteria.

You will tackle IT infrastructure and operationalize security controls while directly contributing to building automated systems. Manage and mentor IT and DevOps staff while setting transparent expectations and achieving project goals. Key Responsibilities:
Own and expand the SOC 2 Type 2 program
Design and operationalize recent security controls




Lead incident detection and security policy development
Manage product and corporate DevOps environments
Utilize Terraform for automated cloud infrastructure
