We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace, can remain on their feet for extended periods, and works well both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and open to constructive feedback to continually improve performance.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout shifts
Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining consistency
Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory as needed
Answer phone calls for takeout orders or general inquiries when required
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Requirements:
Ability to work up to 40 hours per week
Comfortable standing for long periods (8+ hour shifts)
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Solid time management and multitasking skills
Willingness to receive and apply constructive criticism
Positive attitude and robust work ethic
Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
