Define visual direction with the Head of Effects Animation
Solve emerging technical issues seamlessly
Maintain consistent final quality across all FX work
Oversee regular feedback loops with team members
Create documentation and maintain FX training materials

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years in FX leadership roles for feature films
Mastery of Houdini and Nuke
Comprehensive knowledge of FX workflows
Proven experience in team development and mentoring
Excellent communication and adaptability skills
