Lead the operation of sports facilities at Northern College in Timmins. This management role encompasses the Sports Dome, Gymnasium, and Pub, requiring strategic oversight and operational excellence. As the Manager of Sports Facilities and Recreation, you will report to the Executive Director of Marketing, Communications, and External Relations.

With a focus on developing and implementing cutting-edge operational strategies, you will supervise staff, approve schedules, and enhance recreation programs. Your leadership will shape the future of the Sports Dome, ensuring it meets community needs and generates revenue. Key Responsibilities:
Determine work priorities and manage student staff schedules
Develop creative strategies for facility operations

Recruit and train staff for various facility operations Requirements:
Three-year diploma in Sports Recreation or related field
Five years of management experience in a relevant setting
