Key Responsibilities: • Own design, development, and maintenance of people systems • Build integrations with Workday, Greenhouse, and Slack • Write and maintain automation code in Ruby • Develop intuitive Slack apps to streamline workflows • Serve as subject matter expert on Workato architecture

Requirements: • Experience in Ruby or a comparable scripting language • Expertise in Workato with reliable automation workflows • Solid Workday integration skills using WWS • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform or AWS • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder updates
